Do I need a Lofilove account to shop?
Nope! You can either choose to check out as a guest or create an account at checkout. You can also register using Facebook or Google for a seamless experience.

How will I be charged and in what currency?
Purchases made through our online store will be instantly charged to your provided credit card or PayPal account. All prices reflected on the site are in US Dollars. If you are purchasing with an alternate currency, please note that exchange rates will apply.

How do I cancel my recent order?
If you need to cancel a recent order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can to help. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once we’ve processed them, typically within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped and you would like to initiate a return, you can shoot us an email to help@lofilove.com and we’ll assist you from there. Please also view our return policy below.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay is available on compatible devices.

Can I change my shipping address after I place the order?
If you need us to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to modify orders once we’ve packaged them for shipment – typically within 24 hours.

How long will my order take to process?
Orders that are placed Monday – Friday will be processed for shipping within 2-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We’re proud to offer flat rate shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase. Shipping rates vary depending on your delivery location. To get shipping rates for your location, just enter your address at checkout and the order summary will update in real time.

Can I track my order?
Every step of the way. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details shortly after you place your order. After your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number to track your order via one of our partnered couriers (FedEx, DHL, & USPS).

Where is my order?
You can track your shipment status here. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you should have a confirmation email with a tracking link hanging out in your inbox. If it has been more than 2 days, please check your spam folder. Of course, if you can’t find it – contact us and we’ll be more than happy to look into it for you.

Who pays customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for your local customs fees if they should incur.

When will I receive my order?
US orders are typically delivered within 3-4 days from when you receive your shipment confirmation email and tracking number. International orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days from when you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking number.

What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
Tracking numbers can take 24 hours to fully propagate online. Please periodically check the number, and you will see your specific tracking information as soon as the number activates. If it has been more than 36 hours since you received your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us so that we can investigate the issue.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Depending on the number of items you order, we may package and ship products separately. In this case, you will receive more than one tracking number when each package ships.

What is your policy on undeliverable products?
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as “undeliverable”. This can happen when a package is denied entry by local customs, or if an address is incorrect. We will contact you and attempt to re-ship the order if it is returned to us as undeliverable. Do your best to give us the most precise address you can.

What is your return policy?
Your return must be initiated and completed within 30 days from the date of delivery as indicated by our shipping couriers. We accept returns on items that are unused with the original packaging. Apparel and accessories must be unworn. If you have questions about any specific products, shoot us an email to help@lofilove.com and we’ll do what we can to help.

I love my new shirt, but it doesn’t fit me. : (
Need an exchange? We have you covered. Please email us at help@lofilove.com with your order details and we’ll work with you to get it swapped.

My order is damaged or defective. Help me!
We take huge measures to establish quality control in all of our processes. From the initial production, to your doorstep and everything in between, it is our number one goal to get your order to you in pristine condition. On VERY rare occasions, some items can get damaged along the way. If your product shows clear signs of damage or is defective, we’re more than happy to expedite a replacement to you. Please send us an email to help@lofilove.com and include photos of the damage. And please forgive us – we’re only human and we love you!

Where will the money from my refund go?
If you have been issued a refund, your funds will be returned to the account it was purchased from. Please allow your bank 3-5 business days for refunds to process. If you are having problems with your refund, please get in touch with us and we’ll do everything we can to help you.

Is my payment secure?
We take extreme measures in securing our platform to guarantee a safe shopping experience. All payments are made through industry leading gateways (PayPal and Stripe), and additionally secured by DigiCert Norton 256-bit server encryption. We don’t store any payment information, and our platform is scanned hourly to maintain protection to all of our users. View our Privacy Policy for more information.

We at Lofilove have been committed from day one in creating a platform that is private and safe for our users. We HATE the unlawful, greedy nature of data collection that feels impossible to break free from these days – it’s one of the core reasons that we formed our brand. Our mission has never changed, and that is to drive our platform far away from the “data for profit” practices that have consumed modern day marketing and commerce.
